From startup to shutdown, we can help you keep your sprinkler system running efficiently.   Investing in a sprinkler system maintenance plan ensures efficient operation year-round. Regular maintenance prevents costly repairs by addressing issues early, like clogs and leaks. This proactive approach extends the system's lifespan, saves money, and promotes water conservation through precise distribution. With tailored inspections and adjustments, property owners can rest assured their investment is well cared for, enhancing both functionality and sustainability.

A Sprinkler System Startup Includes:

  • Restarting your sprinkler system correctly and safely.

  • Performing a comprehensive, back-to-front, inside-outside irrigation check.

  • Checking your sprinkler heads for damage or leaks.

  • Adjusting water spray patterns.

  • Programming your timers and setting your watering schedule.

  • Making repairs as needed (however, these are priced additionally).

  • Recommending updates or add-ons that can cut your water usage & your utility bill.
     

A Service Visit Includes:

  • Adjusting spray patterns to accommodate your evolving greenery.

  • Testing your controller and adjusting it based on summer temps and the water needs of your lawn and foliage.

  • Unclogging spray heads and inspecting for broken or dislodged heads.

  • Ensuring your grass and greenery aren’t declining because of too much or too little water.

  • Making repairs as needed (however, these are priced additionally)
     

A Sprinkler Winterization Includes:

  • Remove residual water that exists in the systems’ main lines, lateral lines, manifold, and solenoid valves to prevent freezing during the colder months.​

  • Prepare system including above ground sprinklers, underground piping and drip irrigation for winter temperatures.

  • Shutting down your controller and system correctly.

  • Providing you with estimates if needed repairs are discovered and recommending either immediate or spring “fixes.”

*  We offer emergency service calls 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for an additional fee.

*  Repair parts are charged out on an individual basis.

*  90 day warranty on all repairs

*  3 year warranty on all system installations
